Is your body shape changing?
I didn't lose much when I really started upping my running (to prepare for debug marathon) but I looked considerably slimmer as fat was being replaced by denser muscle.
After a plateau the weight started to drop again.
I've completely stalled since the summer and especially since starting marathon training. All I seem to be doing is replacing the calories I'm losing through training. Might have to start again after the race is done.
