So, locals see that they're swimming in a dangerous spot and think it's a scene in the soap opera?

A 7.5 tonne lorry driver who passed too close asked "what cyclist?"
Surely that is driving without due care or attention? If you have totally failed to see a vulnerable road user who you could easily have killed or seriously injured, you should not be in charge of a vehicle.
The initiative is great though.
