I was under the bridge an hour. Sacked run off went to get tram at n.Islington got to deansgate no trams my way. Run back on thankfully no incidents.

Hope your legs are ok tomorrow, sounds like DOMS so 2nd day normally the worst...

You're going to have a shower when you get home anyway, so why wouldn't you run in the rain?

Was sheltering from lightning not the rain.

It did raise the question of what i'd do if similar thunder on race night, not many bridges on the Limestone Way.
