Neil Kapoor! There's a name I've not heard for a while. We were once team mates, part of a 12-runner, 48-hour treadmill Guinness World Record set in the window display of what was then Lillywhites (Sports Direct) in Piccadilly, in 2008. Which is small-fry compared to some of his endurance efforts, which from memory include a Deca-Ironman. The man's a machine!
The tooting 24hr track race is on this weekend, going to go along in the twilight hours to distribute coffee and junk food to a friend. Running for so long on a track is mental cruelty in extremis.
