Make sure you order from seller with many orders of the item and 4.5 stars rating on the orders. Read into the 1 stars to find out what the problem is. Dunno about waranty, at 150£ I don't care much.

Wouldn't it possibly end up in Chinese / Mandarin though? I know all our phones come from Asia but when coming direct form manufacture to phone retailers here they are all setup for the UK.

Would suck to shell out £250 on a phone that i would then need to take Chinese lessons to use it.

My S3 is now our work phone, my S5 is still going well apart from a small screen crack. S5 is loads better than the 3 and must be cheap by now.

This N5x is a nice little phone... Really loving the fingerprint scanner, pin numbers are a PITA so happy to see the back of them...

Doesn't feel that much faster than the N5 but it obviously is, happy with it for what I paid...

Might still have the battery from my S3 if you want to see if it's got more life left in it;

I gave my S1 to O'Shane when I got my S3, think it lasted at least 3 years from new, better because with CyanogenMod installed it didn't suffer too much from losing space to bundled/upgraded app versions.

I think mine is OK, seems to last at least a day for work as it's mostly calls and not being on here or pokemon.

I really like the s3 but I just think its time for an update / newer phone plus mine is battered to hell.

The nexus 5x looks pretty good (the 6p is just way to big for me) but I've also been looking at the moto g4 which seems to be ok as well and pretty cheap.. I think i need to find shops that have them so I can take a look.

Shit I didn't even think about that! As much as I want a black phone I might just bit the bullet and get a white one if they are that cheap and get a cover and pretend its black.

I took a punt and got a black one from a Hong Kong based website, arrived in a couple of days...

If anyone is after a cheap second-hand * Nexus 5X, I'm gonna be selling my white 32GB model as soon as my pre-order for a new iPhone comes in. Happy to discuss price and dibs.

* Slightly grotty on the back and a small (7mm) scratch on the right hand side of the screen, so definitely used.

I am resigning myself to the fact that there is no bloody phone out there I like! Ffs.

Caz y u no want 5x? Camera is fantastic if that's important to you, plus they are great value for money at the moment.

My long term 5x review is: still great. Still love the camera, USB-C, phone free of manufacturer crap. Occasionally it grinds to a halt because I have about three hundred app screens open, so I close them then it's totally fine again.

Oh, and, still on marshmallow. Why?! Phone says no updates? Shouldn't I be on nougat or cotton candy or something by now?

Nougat has been out for ages, odd that you haven't got it yet. That said it's definitely a minor update with nice things rather than a big thing

I checked my phone yesterday expecting to find Nougat already on it and was surprised to see it's still on Marshmallow... Had a look online and saw that Nougat only started rolling out in the last week, is that bollocks then?

Hrm I thought it was ~25 August. Think that was when I got it. But was in the beta programme before that

My 5x got the nougat update last Thursday (8th September) so it's definitely being rolled out. I wasn't enrolled in the beta.

I think it's probably based on your location. I was in London when the notification arrived..
