It's so grim, got in just as it started.

First run in ages on Sunday has killed my legs, been hobbling round work the last couple of days :(

I was under the bridge an hour. Sacked run off went to get tram at n.Islington got to deansgate no trams my way. Run back on thankfully no incidents.

Hope your legs are ok tomorrow, sounds like DOMS so 2nd day normally the worst...

I was under the bridge an hour.

You're going to have a shower when you get home anyway, so why wouldn't you run in the rain?
