Wheels:
1.9kg which isn't too bad I suppose. Will probably finish de-decaling.
Tubeless - not something I'd considered but ess bee see have tubeless tape in. What do I need now, valves and goo?
Ordered everything part from brakes/stis now.

Re: gearing, medium cage rear mech definitely a good idea. Bear in mind out-of-saddle climbing might not be an option, depending on how much gear you're planning on carrying and how it's loaded, so 34/32 could come in handy even if it's for the occasional bit of steepness. I used it a LOT on my recent tour, but that was with two panniers plus tent/camping stuff for two. (What a gent.) And you have got 11 cogs to play with.
