I've had pretty poor communication from Tredz for my current order. When I made the order, I wasn't told one of the things wasn't in stock. A week later and I only know that's why the order is delayed as I've phoned them up several times - no emails, nothing. happy to wait for stuff, but I'd like to actually know my order hasn't just disappeared into the ether.
