Just started fasted commuting today. Espresso. 9km ride. Protein shake, fruit and cereal at work. Felt a bit headachey today. Any tips? Hoping to assist in shifting a few KG. Currently 72, aiming for 68.
Drink more water. Also electrolyte.
What intensity? Drink water, and maybe skip the coffee? Not sure it helps.
