Trapped during pollination as a fig is a kind of inverted flower.....the fig wasp gets in to
unsuccessfully lay eggs......but pollinates the plant then dies..

It tells a different story with the photographers there. I really like it. I don't want to sound patronising but your photography is way ahead of where it was a year ago.

About cropping... cropping = admitting failure! And messing with the comfortable ratios we're used to (1:1 3:2 4:3 6:7) just looks like a repair unless it is clearly intentional over a series. Obviously this is just my mumbo jumbo humble opinion, but show me a good photographer that would disagree.

Thanks! Not patronising at all, I only really started taking it more seriously around a year ago so good to hear I've improved.
