12x100 is a 'new' road standard I think .. my new frame is 12x100 front but it comes with the axle, I think I found one or two 12x100 axles here: https://r2-bike.com/

In the spirit of recommending the thing that I have, I'm going to say DT Swiss RWS. They're light, simple to use and don't vibrate loose.
