Knock yourself out:
On second thoughts, that would probably take more beer than currently exists.
Edit: Barnivore server down.

It doesn't seem to have any of the Lyme Regis beers.

Yes, I couldn't check earlier, as the server seemed to be down. I also meant to make the point that there are loads of vegan beers.
You could tell Barnivore about Lyme Regis. I gave them info about Canopy a few years ago--should send them an update, as Canopy have new beers in their range.

I tried, but couldn't see any submit, just some letters about asking if shit's vegan or not so I gave up. Carnivores... no patience.

You have to e-mail them. :)

Thanks @Oliver Schick for the barinvore link. We're just transitioning to a plant based diet (using what we have left in the house first) Good to be able to easily check up on beers/wines.

Think all Meantime and Sam Smith's are vegan. SS actually have the vegan symbol on the pumps, which is very civilised for a company from the North. My understanding is that the only mainstream draught lager that isn't vegan is Foster's (but it is vegan if you're in Oz).

Great to hear!

You can. My work here is done.

Ah, I could swear I saw a listing that said Heineken wasn't vegan a few years ago. Just checked back but it's listed as vegan friendly. I didn't know that about Foster's, but you'd have to pay me to drink it, anyway.

There've been a lot of changes, probably made more for financial reasons than ethical, but it'd be churlish not to welcome them - Guinness and Estrella only went vegan recently too, I think.

Sam Smiths make some great beer as well which is nice... there's a SS pub near me but I've never been there for some reason... I have frequented John Snow a few times... steer clear of their Taddy Porter though as it's not half as good as other porters out there

My favourite SS is the Cittie of Yorke. But now I'm working in the actual city of York, 4 miles from the brewery, and there doesn't seem to be a SS pub to be found. It's like 10 000 spoons when all you need is a knife.

You're wrong there, this is how it all vegan.

I've been to The Dove on Broadway Market three times based on a recommendation above - thanks @Shelbby! For anyone who's not been, they've a separate meat-free menu. Both the burger and fish & chips were great.
One of the staff pointed out that all the Trappist beers (second page of the drinks menu, I think) are brewed by vegetarian monks.
-
• #3019
The monks might be vegetarian, but is the beer vegan?
-
• #3020
There's only 11 official trappist breweries so assuming it had those the following produce vegan-friendly beer:
Brasserie de Rochefort
Brouwerij der Trappisten van Westmalle
Brasserie d'Orval
Bières de Chimay
Brouwerij de Koningshoeven (La Trappe)I think Achel is also vegan but can't find confirmation at the moment. The other 5 aren't Belgian so I'm not sure what the deal is there and I don't think I've come across their beers to bother checking.

Might have to go to the pub for lunch now... :/

Talking of vegan beer, Brewdog are now doing vegan burgers in all their pubs (I think) and you can veganise the vegi dog as well... surprised it's taken so long considering all but two of their beers are vegan... gonna partake in a few weeks.
Has anyone been to Boston before? I'm off in a few weeks and need some suggestions.

The vast majority of Belgian beer should be vegan. If it's not, that should usually be down to ingredients like honey, which should be easy to infer from the beer's publicity or name, I think. There is very little tradition on the Continent of putting animal ingredients in beer (unlike wine).

Just spotted this:
Alright Vegan weirdos, Lyme Regis Brewery seem to do mostly vegan brews. Enjoy.
