How much bigger exactly? Old one should clear 35's easy.

This one's on 38's on 23mm rims. Not ideal as it rubs the stays at high PSI, but fine at lower end of the spectrum.

I don't know
Mine is from 2013 and now I'm using bombtrack cranks
The bigger tyre I fitted on there was 28c and rubbed seatstays bridge

that's with the wheel all the way in the dropouts right? If you pull it back, it should clear more
