@Jezston I took my hub to Fitzrovia - they couldn't sort it because it was fucked but they were good and honest about it and said if I sourced spares they'd sort it for me. I think that's the main issue is that lots of places don't hold spares in stock, which is why they'll sooner suggest to replace it instead.
What's the issue with it? They're pretty easy to service yourself.
