Yes, 9/10/11-speed chains all have the same roller width. Some Stronglight variants come in a choice of 9/10-speed and 10/11-speed, it's possible that the offset differs very slightly between the two but that would only be an issue if you indulge in extreme cross-chaining on a bike with very short chainstays.
Stronglight make ramped and pinned rings, CT2 are the good ones, and French shops are usually the best source e.g.

Type S are much cheaper if you don't want the fancy coating e.g.
