After a couple of month back on the sprung MTB Brooks, I've re installed the Flite ti. I stand by the inline seatpost!
Problem with that specific Brooks is not the weight, or the springs noises always making you wonder if your bb, your spoke tension, your chainring nuts need attending, it's the width... Was always happy with my B17 narrow, or Pro models, but the Conquest may not be for me...
Also made a little contraption to better secure the front overhanging bit of the front mudguard. Always found that section a bit flimsy on VOs, not the first time I use them...
