Anyway... Got up early to put the ribs in, garage oven only has one shelf, I'm totally WTF? at mum, she tells me to deal with it, I go off, she agrees to letting me use the brand new electric oven in the unused cooker in the kitchen, it takes me an hour and a half to get it going then it trips the house fuse twice before finally settling down...
Good thing these are veal ribs and won't need a long time in the oven...
Not the best way to start the day...
