I'm open to the possibility but I've never found a recipe where it tastes appetizing. There is a fair amount of Menudo where I'm from - probably derived from your original tripe soup recipe - and I've tried it at loads of places. It's a texture thing for me. Like mushrooms. Can't stand either.
