  • Just had octopus for lunch, unfortunately, I listened to my dad and only boiled it for 45mins so it wasn't as tender as I'd like... Still delicious, chucked it in a griddle pan and caramelised the crap out of it... Served with home grown Padrón peppers and boiled potatoes and washed down with a crisp, chilled Albariño...

    I love Galicia...
