They are great tyres. I have been using them on weekends for two months now an they feel really nice

Vittoria Corsa G+ Isotech tyres now fitted. Although after removing the wheels noticed the rear QR is bent at the end. Any obvious reason why this might have happened? Only ridden the bike once and not that far so quite surprised. Any chance riding a rear wheel that wasn't correctly tensioned could have caused this?

Was it bent before maybe?

It was definitely straight before, as soon as I span the QR tonight to loosen you could feel it immediately. The nice thing I suppose about 6800 is that it's so reasonably priced should anything need replacing, but still mystified.

Oooo, you got them. They look nice.

Is the rear wheel sitting well inside the dropouts? If the QR has been closed tightly while the cup on the NDS was sitting slightly out, that would probably bend the skewer...
Or could be that the wheel moved on the dropouts while riding. -

It is sitting straight in the dropouts now but that does make sense how it could have happened. Thanks for the explanation

Oddly high plugs

The bikes has 20" wheels innit, throwback ultra niche subgenre that'll be all over radavist in a couple of months.

First proper ride out to Essex today with everything dialed in and thoroughly enjoyed it. Haven't ridden a steel frame in anger for a while forgetting how smooth they can be, the oversized tubing does make it feel reasonably stiff. Climbs great with minimal flex in the rear, just need to work on my fitness now.

Oh, yes please!

Excellent result. Only distraction is slightly low saddle nose. Hope you put in a lot of miles on it!

Thanks - still dialling in saddle angle/position if truth be told. Me too, think it probably is a keeper.

Same. Great build. Not normally a fan of neo-retro builds but this is spot on.
I got some for £34 each. The build deserves some good tyres.
