I know it's a very basic way of considering a movement but there's a couple of Sinn watches I'm looking at, one has a 25 jewel Sellita SW300 the other (almost the same but with a 24hr gmt hand) has a 21 jewel ETA 2893-2.
All things being equal are the Sellita movements considered not quite as desirable?
