I just recently made an order from them this week. I made an order from velodromeshop and wiggle at the same time, both of which have arrived promptly. The tredz order has not arrived, it seems both items had to be ordered in before dispatch on the 2nd. To be fair to them it wasnt a very urgent order and the customer services team were helpful and upgraded my delivery to first class. They are nice and cheap but I wouldn't use if you want something delivered quickly.
