Cinestill is good stuff but I wouldn't consider it a fast film, per se. You can get a useable image from it rated at 800 but it can be grainy. Much nicer rated at 400 or 320. For faster colour film I'd suggest Portra 800 or even Lomo 800 (also gets grainy rated at 800).
Only CineStill stockist in London I know is West End Cameras on Tottenham Court Road, there's a few places online though.
