no he's not, he's justifying the illiberal £25 joining fee by suggesting poor people don't give a fuck about politics anyway. it's a shitty thing to say and he knows it - that's why he deleted the tweet.
surely not having £25 to vote would make engaging in politics a MASSIVE priority?
