That wasn't what I was asking, I was asking about their rule about inseam -10cm. It seems like an incredibly arbitrary rule for a personal fit.
That sound more like the distance between the saddle nose and centre of bottom bracket.
Yes, this was another adjustment they did when adjusted my seatpost. the tip of the nose was 7.9cm from the BB, once they adjusted the seatpost to 70cm, they moved it to 5.5cm to cater for my short legs.
