That wasn't what I was asking, I was asking about their rule about inseam -10cm. It seems like an incredibly arbitrary rule for a personal fit.
That sound more like the distance between the saddle nose and centre of bottom bracket.
(in case you didnt read) HoKe's inseam -10cm is 70cm, which would make for a pretty epic layback seatpost. Edit: or, I suppose, a recumbent
