    That wasn't what I was asking, I was asking about their rule about inseam -10cm. It seems like an incredibly arbitrary rule for a personal fit.

    For e.g. I have my saddle at about -3 cm, don't rock my hips, and can spin up to 140 rpm before bouncing around on the turbo.

    That sound more like the distance between the saddle nose and centre of bottom bracket.

  • I think the issue for me is that I was never on the rear of my saddle where I sit on my seat bones, by moving the saddle and seatpost I will hopefully force me to sit on the saddle correctly and let me ride the bike and not the bike riding me.
