Isn't Tinkoff getting out of cycling at the end of the season? Don't see how you can penalise an injured rider for not finishing-it's not like he's climbed off for no reason.
A lot of implied chat from the french commentators about Contador not wanting to ride for Tinkoff being one of the reasons he's said he's retiring, but probably won't.
