i dunno, hot sweaty skin to freezing cold wet skin would give me mad itchy prickles. I don't know the scientific name but seems to be something that happens when passing from one extreme to another, like your skin is a bit shocked so just starts to itch like fuck. That's what I was thinking anyway.
