Pisti, what happened to Mata and Witsell? I thought they'd be announced already. Dead deals?

Witsel was all agreed with both clubs and agent then he's now said he wants to play in Serie A but Napoli can't afford him and his terms.
So if he's not keen on coming I'd say fuck him off and move on.
Mata is still ongoing I believe
