His main point is that the shop no longer exists. He's in the hands of the manufacturer's warranty

contact them via email

they will ask you to return the frame and do a fugly repair job, but they will repair it.

like many american ti framebuilders there is a lifetime warranty on the workmanship, and that is fucked.
