On that I had trouble spacing the rotor outboard as the rotor then moved closer to the fork blade. Damned if I do, damned if I don't. But it all works so I'm not touching it.
Ah, that might have been it... Don't think it touched in the stand, but not enough space if any grit/gravel got in there. Stupid plastic forks.
Yeah that was my problem exactly as well. At the moment I've got about 1.5mm between spokes and calipers and about 3mm between rotor and fork.
Stupid plastic forks.
