I viewed a few places in SE1 through Purple Bricks and was overall impressed however the main thing I liked was that I didn't get a hard sell from the people who showed me round. Turned out that neither of the people from purple bricks who did the viewings were actually estate agents.
One of the chaps was a jobbing musician who showed properties for purple bricks in his spare time.
It was a nice contrast to the usual bullshit you get from EAs but perhaps not the best scenario for a seller...

Well I showed them around myself, could have paid £150 to have them do it for me, but didn't really see the point, they seemed to like the fact they could ask any question and get the answer from the horses mouth.
Also like the fact everything is done online, from booking viewings to offers. Also means I have a direct relationship with the buyer, in fact we negotiated over text. Hopefully it means as the sale progresses we can directly contact to iron out minor issues.
Probably... only bought it 18 months ago... and made a healthy profit so i'm happy.
Weirdly only had one viewing.
Used PurpleBricks, would recommend, nice and easy.
