If team orders are to be installed ( hope not it can be boring to watch) then surely it has be in Rosberg's favour, he's the most points. If it goes in H's favour that'd be a massive insult to R wouldn't it.
Wasn't it Hakkinen and Coulthard who were given the opportunity to race but team orders came into play after the final pit stop?
That was probably during a time when tyre deg and doing the 'undercut' weren't as critical as now. It would lead to some odd strategies.
