  • Is it really good for Mercedez to walk 1-2 in every race? It looks good in the history books but is boring to watch. Surely that finish could be spun into good PR if Toto wasn't throwing his own toys out of the pram.

    I'm sure there's a bit of desire at Mercedez to have a German driver winning.

  • If team orders are to be installed ( hope not it can be boring to watch) then surely it has be in Rosberg's favour, he's the most points.
    If it goes in H's favour that'd be a massive insult to R wouldn't it.

  • Wasn't it Hakkinen and Coulthard who were given the opportunity to race but team orders came into play after the final pit stop?

    That was probably during a time when tyre deg and doing the 'undercut' weren't as critical as now. It would lead to some odd strategies.
