  • Agreed, he broke too late, and the issue was compounded by failing brakes, so even if he was overly defensive he should've held his hands up and done the classy thing in admitting his error instead of blaming his team mate, wonder if he'll review his standpoint, especially given the marshals laid the blame firmly at his feet...

  • Footage clearly shows Rosberg did not even attempt to turn enough to make the corner. He turned enough to give the illusion of trying to make the corner, but much more lock was required from there to be successful, and everyone knew it (including the stewards).

Hamilton used to bully Rosberg when both were starting from the front row, and Lewis would often be too aggressive in passing. Lately it seems Rosberg is having none of it, so if Lewis runs him close or tight, he's willing to teach Lewis that they could both lose their cars if he crowds him.

Lewis is still the better and faster driver. I believe Rosberg only matched Shumacher and Lewis by directly copying their timesheets, and improving where they were faster than him. I doubt Schumacher ever copied Rosberg's, and I doubt Lewis would either. In fact latterly, Lewis has had to sell Rosberg dummies, as he knew Rosberg was copying all he did, so Lewis would sacrifice his optimum lines and only use them at the very end.
