Rim measurements are 19mm externally and approx 15.5mm internally, just measured again to check and confirm.
OLN - hub is spaced to fit 126mm or 130mm frames without problem and I have tested in both.
The OLN is actually oddly 116 mm, but then has 5 mm anti twist spacers meaning the width you use is either 126mm or 130mm depending on which side of the dropouts you then decide to use the additional 2mm spacers on.
