My repair has gone missing in the post... today was the day after 4 weeks so thought i'd give a call. DHL say they delivered it back to me on the 10th, definitely didn't... ergh.
Anyone have this happen before with a Rapha repair?
No blame on them, its DHL fault, just wondering what the protocol is as I can't afford a replacement at the mo

I spoke with Customer Services again today and they've credited me to get a new pair which is on it's way to me already. Good customer service I must say, very quick and efficient!
