Do 700x28 knobbly tyres exist?
How knobbly? Continental Tour Ride comes in that size

Check with your local commissaire. They're OK by UCI regulations

How knobbly?
Some 30s may measure closer to 28.

Best frame mounted pump?
-

Lezyne Micro Floor Drive?
-
• #77138
Or Zefal HPX if you have a pump peg and want a classic look.
If not then another vote for a Lezyne Micro Floor Drive, it is very good. -

Is chain length the same for a MTB as road? I.e. Big big + 1 pair of links?
-
• #77140
If you are talking ten speed and don't have rear-end-squish (ooo-err!) then yes, it is.
If you have something like XX1 and full sus then it's suspension set to full growth and 2 pairs of links IIRC.

Anyone got access to the Evans stock system?
This is described as both 28 and 32 hole on the same page, and I'd be interested in whether the decals are EDGE (picture) or ENVE (description): https://www.evanscycles.com/enve-xc-clincher-29er-rim-EV166436?esvt=1066-GOUKE307118&esvq=&esvadt=999999-0-33990-1&esvcrea=61234455536&esvplace=&esvd=c&esvo=EV166436-28-BLK&esvaid=50080&gclid=CPja4_u4xc0CFbEW0wod_7oLHA

The stock file generally won't clear things like the decals up. It'd need to be ordered into a store to visually check to be 100%
2x 28h in the warehouse apparently
-
• #77143
Cheers. 28h is the right answer, replacement decals aren't an issue, I was more interested in the age - the EDGE decals would make it an old, old rim.
-
• #77144
The product became live 01.03.12
I doubt the stock will have been sitting around since then as it was likely to have been replenished at some point. Still old though.

Cheers - is that Bisley?

Actually ignore. Wife is pregnant and it's a bit risky.

Should be fine as long as you remember to say "pull" and not "push" :-)

That's the one.
Do 700x28 knobbly tyres exist? Does anyone have any recommendations?
