The Pelago rack upper horizontal rail is quite short: 13 cm
I don't have front panniers to try on,
but I'd be wary of sway at the front end.
The back of the pannier will have the fork and rack to rest on,
no problem there. -

Provisionally finished my Straggler recently. Still a few quirks to sort out but this machine is a revelation and I'm loving every single ride...

Embedding isn't working for me.

Bump. What's the rear light?
-
• #12382
Hiya!
Its just a cat eye battery one i adapted to fit on the frame eyelets. Very bright with far too many settings!!

Very neat. Going to steal that idea when my current rear light gives out.

Nice! You running a cable-pull convertor for the FD? (mtb FD with 10sp road brifter, right?)
-
• #12390
You don't generally need to for the front, he'll you can get away with a YAW and Shimano shifters.

• #12391
Triple brifter works better, right?

I got one of them on order, but it'll be with slimmer 700s, stan wheels, thomsom stuff and apex 1x groupset, back rack for child carry duties and klickfix handlebar bag.
Hope the container arrives in oz soon. Been on order for a while.

Can anyone recommend silver flat pedals that are nice to use and nice to look at?

MKS Sylvan Touring

What I have, mega grippy and the large platform means they're comfortable with soft soled shoes, great bearings and cheap.
The problem with the MKS Sylvan is that they're slippy when wet and uncomftable with soft shoes, you really need toe cages with them...MKS Lambda might be a safe bet too
