I've seen worse...but it does need work.
Nicer stem (black?), tape the bars and take those grips off, put a non stupid for this build brake on... quick release on rear? Strange too. Better not skid?
(as for the saddle, function over looks is ok...I can only stand one saddle and its fugly)
