I thought England were alright. Kane is tired, does he score many set piece goals (headers, scuffed shots in the box)? That might explain why Roy had him taking corners. What's the point of being in there if you're not that type of player ? Like giving the ball high in the air when crouch was on the pitch.
I thought sturridge's goal was fortunate, it broke to him an the keeper should have done better. Both vardy and sturridge got in on a tired defence. Which is good, it's good to have players who make an impact when they're on the pitch.
Wilshire may be missing but I'm not sure just "fucking running around" with his head up and bum out is what we need. It's not worked for sterling. And then lallana. He looks neat and tidy, but what does he do?
As for Joe hart.
