As Jo Cox said in her maiden speech to Parliament, "We are far more united and have far more in common than that which divides us." Worth remembering right now.

Horrible, horrible news. The worst. Jo was a friend of a friend, but putting that aside, was also a mum with two kids who'd only just entered her 40s, and who was doing some great work. Just horrific.

As I've said elsewhere, my grandparents generation fought fascism, I'm astounded that their children's generation seem hell bent on returning us to it.

Cameron should cancel this referendum now, before it causes irreparable damage to the country.
