Items not received, seller not responding.

I don't know if there is already a thread for matters like this, apologies if I'm duplicating.

Does anyone know the user @Mirky87? I've paid him £40 some parts but not received anything for three weeks. I contacted him two weeks after receiving nothing and he apologised and said he'd been away and was expecting his intern to post it, and that he would put it in the post. That was a week ago and I still haven't received the stuff and he hasn't responded to my messages. What do I do now?
