25% bodyfat isn't very low for a woman. It's normal. But my body always reacted this way, I think it wants me alive and slightly fat, not lean and dead...
Weird enough training is sorta OK, it's falling asleep and sitting where it gets me.
I checked myfitnesspal my salt intake is low from eating no bread and no processed food. So I've put my sea salt on my desk and going to nom nom.
I also have multivits so vit D should be OK, but I've a power up dose for winter.
Bought ZincMagnesiumAsomething too.
If all that fails, maybe I can borrow a meter as a guy downstairs is diabetic.
And I've a blood test referral for something else. Which raw garlic eviscerated...problems bloating, they're now gone. So I'll take that too.
