  • I've lost an lbs and feel like piss. Anybody else gets dropping blood pressure when they diet...? Mine is already low, so this doesn't help. :/

    Not sure what to do.

  • When I'm what I consider 'bike fit' I'm actually totally unhealthy and on the verge of collapse. Can't stand up without feeling faint, getting headrushes, tunnel vision or near total blackout. Get me warmed up for 15-20 minutes on a bike and I'll feel like Superman and can ride as hard as I like as long as I like, but off the bike I'm like a cripple. Tried a few things wrt diet, hydration etc and nothing worked. Apart from the obvious...proper rest, I never gave that a go because I never had a life/shedule that allowed for commitments, riding and rest too...

    Reaslised a while back that fitness and health at some point start to diverge and I don't care that much about being fast.
