  • Cutting down on midweek beers and preprepared food (eg. sandwiches at lunch, freezer pies/pizzas etc). Also, I've been going to the gym during lunch break, commuting 20 miles a day and only eating no added salt or sugar muesli during the day.

    If I didn't have the weekend binges, it would be more of a loss but my sanity requires those.
