surprisingly less stack than CAAD10! Generally ultimate is tad higher than CAAD10 .. not in XXS it seems. Whats your height and inseam out of curiosity?

Forget the numbre.

Had 'progressive geometry'. Which basically means it gets progressivly uglier from medium downwards. In my size the geo was so compact it looked like a MTB With skinny tyres and drops.

yeah I see so many people who are 5'6" riding 52cm frames.

Not sure yet, will see how i get on with shimano and just put the cranks on for now

One of my gripes with shimano is that where you rest your hands on the hoods, if you have your hands behind the brake lever then your index finger pushes against really sharp levers #wuss

The shifting is better than sram I will admit, but not sure its worth it if the levers dont work ergonomically for me
