I'm doing a fairly substantial (by my standards) barbecue in August - 25-35 people. @dancing james any tips on what barbecue to get? I'm fairly competent with coal (just not at scale) and don't like using gas which cuts options down. Though maybe for that size I'd need gas throughout the day? Cooking mostly beef, chicken and lamb (no pork for shame :( ) potentially fish.
Has anyone used a Big Green Egg?
