Hope that does the trick. Curious that the original crack went straight through the middle of the weld rather than down the side of it. It must have been really seriously heat stressed when it was originally assembled. I can't help feeling the re-weld each time has looked like a weld bead on top of the old crack, so it's just opened up again each time from below. It really needed filing right open so the new weld could get some decent penetration all the way through.
